Join me in a class that combines Tai Chi, Chi Gong and Body Weight Resistance training that will allow you to feel stronger and more confident in your body; a class that will help improve your strength, balance, stability and mobility; a class that will help you calm and reconnect with both mind and body through breath and movement.
